The latest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Statistics Report released by the WSH Institute, workplace injuries and fatalities rose in the first half of 2014, increasing by 14% and 20% respectively compared with the same period in 2013. Most WSH professionals are very much aware of these statistics and endeavour to reduce the numbers of WSH fatalities, injuries and illnesses. However, many WSH professionals may not be able to determine what and how company resources are allocated to safety interventions.
The course will assist WSH professionals to develop a business case for WSH and find ways to convince top management to set priorities and budgets to fund WSH programmes and requirements, which can impact the organisation’s bottom-line and growth.
On completion of this workshop, the participants will have the knowledge and application skills to:
WSH Professionals, Managers, Advisors, HSE Engineers and anyone who is interested in developing a business case for WSH.
Our trainers are active professionals with many years of experiences in the areas of Technical, Customer Services, Business Development and Training Consultancy.
